It has a power steering leak (power steering pump is making noise as well) and the brake pedal is hard as a rock. Most likely has other leaks too. You are buying a project car don't expect it to be perfect. This is not a turn key cruiser, it needs work to be roadworthy. Again, it must be towed. 1990 Cadillac Eldorado 108k Miles 4.5L V8 this is the good one not a northstar Automatic Paint and interior are in surprisingly good condition, not perfect but for its age very good MUST BE TOWED. We are a dealer, as such you must have insurance on the vehicle before it leaves our lot. If this bothers you stay home we can't change it.
