Used 1953 Kaiser Manhattan

MOVIE CAR from CA. Only 10k original miles. No rust, runs great. Needs some TLC. It is being gone thru mechanically now. It had a new aluminum radiator last year. New brakes, gas tank, starter and battery!!! It runs exceptionally well. Most of the chrome pieces are pitted. I bought this car in CA where it spent its entire life. It was owned by a large rental company that rents special cars to the "movies". The owner told be that this car has not been in demand for quite a while so he decided to send it to a new home. This is a car that will be able to be used the way it is and you can have things rechromed or even decide to have it restored. It is a very rare and cool car that drives well and can be enjoyed. It also needs a set of tires because of the age of the tires. I am going to let the new owner decide on what type of tires to put on. I like the wide white wall type for this car but there are many choices. This is one of America's most unique mid-fifties family sedans. Known for the heart-shaped front windscreen and unique Dutch Darren style. Kaisers were popular at the time. Our car is powered by a Continental "Supersonic Six" flathead six-cylinder.,It is sporting 226 ci and 115 hp., Kaisers were known for their unique colors and bamboo pattern material interiors.
